: Well the difference is SARS Covid-1 and Spanish Flu--well during that time we had a real "experienced" president with a legit and experienced staff. Those two did not just "disappear" or blend in.

Obama was president during H1N1 (Swine Flu), Dubya for SARS Covid-1. Neither of those were in the same league as Covid-19 or Spanish Flu. Swine Flu was not easily transmissible and SARS-1 wasn't nearly as infectious. This was true both domestically and abroad, no developed nation struggled with either.

Spanish Flu ran it's course until at least a third of the world had experienced it, afterwards it became one of the many flu strains in circulation. Coronavirus is not exactly a flu strain but shares symptoms and tendencies of major flu strains from 1918-1919 and 1968-1969 (dubbed the HK flu).

As for the Missouri camp counselor, good to know he wasn't violating social distancing with the kids. There have already been enough lawsuits against such establishments for violations of personal space, but I'll leave it at that.

OC statistics are not evidence of any group being invincible, or incapable of being carriers for the virus. Kind of a small area and not really representative of the nation's demographics.
