Hello! My name is Patty Dean and I have been teaching the Pilates method for 20 years. I have worked with numerous athletes. Due to COVID-19 I am not able to physically train. I am offering tailor made Pilates sessions via Zoom focusing on increasing balance, control, speed and maximize jumping. The Pilates sequence concentrates on the core so you're more explosive on the court and you're able to move with more agility.
