: : : : Good luck Chris!
: : : I loved the way he coached that Marlborough team. Thought he did a great job. Wonder why he would leave for Poly? Certainly had more talent and league profile at Marlborough is MUCH higher, but maybe closer to home, higher pay?
: : Its about respect. The Marlborough Administration treat Coach Chris with no respect. A person can only accept so much until he finally decides enough is enough. In 2 years Marlborough will be just another team.
: Been there done that. The all girls schools don't really put any stock into their coaches. They figure they will find someone else that will take less money and just run a "fun" program where winning doesn't really matter. The students don't show to games, admin rarely comes to games and basketball is just a resume builder for colleges.
: Its a good move in my opinion. Change is good! Mission League is impossible with (3) open teams yearly - HW / Alemany / Nade will always have the upper hand.
: Poly gets talent and if its closer to his home more power to him.
: Good luck brotha!!!
Rosary (all girls) definitely cares about it's coaches. In general you are right though.
St Josephs in Lakewood is the sister school to Bosco. Should be in Trinity League, but powers that be say no. Big mistake-with commitment they would be a powerhouse.
