: : Lol, CIF Does it again!

: : MD gets a 4 seed. beats 1 seed , one of the tougher schedules of all teams and they get a 4 seed. Poly should have been 1 or 2. They get a 3 seed, they got screwed too. Windward gets a 2 seed. So Wild.

: : Poly
: : Mater Dei
: : Sierra Canyon
: : Windward

: : that should have been the first 4.

: : Here is the CIF OPEN DIV

: : Sierra
: : Windward
: : Poly
: : MD
: : Etiwanda
: : Rosary
: : Centenial
: : Lynwood

: QUESTION? DIDNT WINDWARD AND SC BEAT POLY RECENTLY. DIDNT MD LOSE TO POLY

: I think they got the seeds right.

Windward 22-4 lost to 134 nationally ranked team
lost to Rosary lost to Centennial, Lost to Sierra (Mater Dei beat 3 of those 4 opponents)

Sierra Canyon
24-4 Lost to 122 national ranked team Lost to Mater Dei and the other losses are to tough teams , Desoto Number 5 in country and La Jolla CD number 1

Poly
24-4

Lost to Windward , Sierra Canyon , Beat best team in Country La Jolla ...lost to number 62 in country New Hope Academy..

POLY Should be 1 because the have the same losses as Sierra and Windward and beat La Jolla Country Day and Mater Dei ....

CIF has to take a deeper dive when the seedings are this marginal. either of the top 4 could be a number 1 seed. I just feel like CIF was lazy on the Open division. Or MD if you want to use their 26-2 record ... Just put a little more effort.... These kids and coaches work hard ALL YEAR to just have an half hearted effort in seeding meeting.
