: : : : : : Anyone know how this division will shape up...any teams that might sneak in and surprise a few people?
: : : : : Pasadena will walk through the entire state with all the D1 talent they have
: : : : Funny stuff a “Burroughs Parent” asking if Pasadena will roll through 2AA. Dad the answer is no they will lose in the 2nd round of CIFSS count on it.
: : : There's no team in 2aa that can beat Pasadena. With that list of teams, only Pasadena can beat Pasadena.
: : Which Pasadena team are you talking about, certainly not the one from California. They're a pretty good team, but nothing special. They certainly have no D-1 players as someone foolishly suggested a while back.If they make it into the semi's then it would be a successful season.
: They struggled to beat Burroughs who has one really good player and a really good coach. Those 10 teams ranked higher than Pasadena are way better than Burroughs and their coaching way exceeds Pasadena’s. There aren’t any D1 players on Pasadena. Well maybe Moore she’s really talented. But the transfers are good but definitely not D1.
Pasadena is one of the most talented teams in the division...maybe the most talented. They have a very novice coach. They only lost to Burroughs because their leading scorer and another starter were out and Burroughs runs a gigantic Zone. Pasadena beat Burroughs easily the next time at full strength. Pasadena will struggle against any talented, well coached team with some height. Orangewood Academy, Marlborough, both will beat them if they meet. Any team in the top 8 will give them trouble. I see them losing in the quarterfinals or semis because of their lack of coaching.
