: : I'm out here in the dirty (Georgia) and been to most of the big name tournaments (high school and AAU). You know how I roll. Parking is ALWAYS free and 9 times out of 10 they are media friendly. Local high school games have been $5 and varsity girls and boys play on the same day...ALWAYS!! Sometimes it's four games in one setting with JV Boys/Girls hooping as well. I've hooked up with a local paper that posts my images and allow me to write recaps of games as well. The only downside out here is that they don't have a 30 second clock and some teams/coaches use it as a crutch. I wonder how many of you jokers out there coaching would love to be out here with no shot clock so you can sit on the clock and think you are an all-star coach at the end of the day. BTW... You should see the campus of McEachern High public school out here in Power Springs, GA. The She Got Game Classic was held there this weekend (Jan 3-5) and I was floored at the size of this school. It used to be a college fam'.

: Been to McEachern and it's a great campus but they are no different then schools out here. All about the sports and if your an athlete they put you on a different platform then non athletic kids just like here. BTW they should put a shot clock, get with the times. Oh I forgot it's still the south where they are in a time warp. Peace out!

Only 8 states have a shot clock. Agree that it's needed-here in AZ we see lots of stall ball.
