: : : It seems strange he would step down now

: : : It seems Brea powers that be might be pushing
: : : him out since he already retired from teaching?

: : : Why not put his replacement as a co-head coach
: : : for the coming year thenthe following year the

: : : Good guy but didn't do much when he took over
: : : the boys team for a short while.

: : Remember the last time they tried to get a new coach in there? Things didn't go so well. Looks like Mater Dei will continue to dominate because Brea is about to become a thing of the past.

: He did a fantastic job with the boys for the 2 years he had them. You see what you want to see. Go check the facts. Not what you think.

Sink has done an amazing job at Brea, and sure some didn't like his approach to coaching. However, you can't knock success. He has coached some of the best teams in girls' basketball. And obtained achieving records that no one will touch. Those that watch him from the sidelines don't understand him as a person, and probably have never been a head coach. Or my favorite, your an unhappy parent whose kid didn't get playing time. While he was on the boys side he was successful and the boys went further in CIF than they had gone in years. The man knew the game. This is not a good move for the Ladycats. It will be interesting to see how the kids react. I bet some will be sorry sink is not there... yes, the kids are talented but have you ever seen one of his scouting reports? Those kids are well prepared for every game. This will be interesting....
