: : : : The MD girls BB drama every year. People count
: : : : on it.They have to have it. So intoxicating
: : : : and exciting to them.

: : : Why wouldn't he start Torbert and Freeman? Torbert was Co-MVP with Adams last year and averaged a double double in their league and Freeman's been starting since her freshman year and committed. Y'all aren't thinking right

: :
: : I have no doubt that Torbert, Freeman, and Rahon will all start. Torbert will commit do D1 soon, Rahon committed D1 last night, and Freeman D1 a month ago.

: : Just remember, it's not who starts the game, it's who finishes it (when it matters).

: : So how fast the "Fab 5" acclimate to big time MD basketball will be indicated by when they are in at the end of a close game.

: 3 of the 5 so-called fab5 already have D1 offers pac12 and other major conferences. Crocker Pepe Demetre all have been playing in top brackets 17U travel ball in the last 2-3 years. There is no question they are ready to contribute in a major way. They will start and finish games. Plug in Torbert/freeman and your talking open division contenders to win it because now you have a solid bench also. And yes that D2 game was horrible, will not happen if new players take over.

2 of the 3 freshman and Incoming junior will make huge contributions to the team immediately. Seniors will have reduced playing time now that there are better options. Committing to a D1 where your uncle is the head coach isn't exactly an accomplishment. I'm just sayin.
