: : : I have been the big mouth touting Katie Lou's greatness for a couple of years. I still think she's great, she can shoot the lights out, and she's also a great kid. But now I see the light. She really is a blatant flopper and cracks under pressure-not traits associated with tremendous greatness. She lost me last night as a huge fan. That flop should have changed the outcome of the game...and that's not how to win a championship. Just like Mater Dei, she was unable to step up when it really really mattered. Now, please don't get me wrong, this player is overwhelmingly talented, a phenomenal shooter, continues to improve her game, but, the flopping, in my opinion, is cheating and negates all the good. Last night was good for women's basketball, great job Mississippi State, you took down Goliath.

: : The jealousy on here is astounding.

: It's not hate. Please quit calling her the greatest or she is great. She is not. She is a very good player in a very good system. She can't carry a team IMO. That is not hate, this is an honest opinion.

There are literally thousands of girls basketball players in southern California, but KLS seems to be the only one to incite the jealousy.

What a terrible career! Now, she's likely to win only 3 National Championships, and lose a single game in OT on a buzzer beater in her entire college career. Yup, that proves that she's terrible.

Come on. Why no hate for Jordin Canada or Monique Billings for not carrying UCLA to a championship? The beloved Kelsey Plum could not get UW past the Sweet 16 this year. What about all of the CA players who go to Duke and perennially underachieve?

You literally read nothing negative about these players, but UConn loses one game and suddenly KLS is a terrible player and a cheater.

So, yeah, the hate is strong on here.
