: With all of this talk about all-CIF and the announcement of the first team for every division and who made the team and who got snubbed got me thinking. Since most everyone on here thinks that they are better and smarter than the SCIBCA/CIF coaches, let's see what you can do. Name the 12 best players by position for CIF. Starting 5, 5 back-ups and two reserves that could be from any position. Doesn't have to be by division. But you have to include a reason why or stats. Just because a kid is good in your opinion or because she is friends with your daughter doesn't carry weight. Got have some kind of substance to the reason why you picked the team you did. Let's see what you can come up with.

Starting five. Stats to back it up.
:: Post - Ayanna Clark. Just kinda obvious. One of THE strongest posts in the country, let alone California (CIF). Has been dominiating since Jr. High school. One of the better posts that can also sink an outside jumper. Complete.

:: Guard - Kianna Smith. Another obvious choice. Cal-bound. Mc D All-American, too many accolades to list. Smoooooth stroke. sharp-shooter.

:: PG - Chelsey Gipson. Pure shooter. Triple threat. Handles. Great D. #2 in the nation (all classes) in made three pointers...44% right behind Littleton. City POTY, 3 CIF Open championships.

:: Forward - Jasmine Jones. #13 ESPN. LMU-bound play maker. Very strong. Doesn't get a lot of press, but a five star (96) elite player nonetheless. Crafty, quick of the dribble. Joy to watch.

:: Wing - Alaysia Styles. Also Cal bound, #8 Wing in the nation. Moves well. Great continuity and play action in her game. Attacks the rim, reminds me a little bit of Odom.
