: : : : I take it Orangewood must get a few scheduling
: : : : problems for their sports teams at times?

: : : No, MD is a Division 2 game so they are not accommodated to play at Pyramid. Only Open and Div 1 are the big games that are playing at LB Pyramid.

: : : MD is a Division 2 team, they're not Open or Div 1 so they cannot play at Pyramid. Hope that helps. (-:

: : I wonder why Vanguard? They only have 3 rows on the sidelines. About 6 rows in one end and 3 rows in the other end. I am guessing Concordia was booked. Much bigger gym. Even OLU would have been better.

: Jserra would have been a nice place to play!

You all are funny. Let's play a regional final at two schools that Mater Dei plays at regularly thus giving Mater Dei a huge advantage. Keep in mind any game away from Orangewood Academy favors Mater Dei. So the Orangewood coach was smart. Go to a gym that is similar to his home gym and also where no one has an advantage. Smart.
