: : : : : : : : What is he doing that he hasn't done over
: : : : : : : : the course of being the head coach?
: : : : : : : Nothing. He's been getting away with it for too long. Administration and parents have been looking the other way because of the success of the program. Maybe now that his team is just mediocre, maybe now will he be asked to resign.
: : : : : : : After the things I've heard him say and do, some of it first hand, why would any parent subject their kid and themselves knowingly to a situation like that? He's verbally abusive, plays mind games, and well he likes a certain color only..
: : : : : Welcome to D1 basketball... you think he's bad then you don't want to play D1 in college. Think of it like this.. he's preparing them for big girls ball. Like it or not there are more coaches like him then not.
: : : : He Coaches like a college coach will which is why he has been extremely successful. You knew what you were getting into when you chose Brea and thats big time basketball competition and big time coaching.
: : : :Sink = Trump = Success = D1
: : : I didn't realize D1 coaches were racist, thanks for the info. BTW- Ges been successful because he's a great recruiter. Have him coach only the kids that should be attending Brea and let's see how successful he is. The last time the well ran dry he ran to the boys side..
: im not a brea or sink fan however every great coach has had talent you can be the best X's and O's coach of all time but if you don't have the talent to execute most people wont be able to see how good of a coach you are to me its almost like the chicken and the egg argument in terms of importance coaching or talent imo both are needed to accomplish great things
: good luck to everyone on the rest of the season
: It takes a very special coach to build a program and DEVELOP talent
