: : : : : Unless the transfer's families are going to
: : : : : rent when they initially move to Brea, housing
: : : : : values in Brea have risen significantly.

: : : : : It's a new world we live in...

: : : : : In the past Brea got many transfers that did not move to Brea or even rent there so that's not it..

: : : Part of the problem is that feeder system, the Polecats are no more. The whole city involved in the development of the Brea program. Mark Trakh taught at the Jr. High School and ran a girls basketball class. This was all before travel ball blew up. Now Brea doesn't have as much control over the development of players. Sink one of the best coaches around. He has had major turn over in his coaching staff. That combination has lead to a program of non "Brea" players.

: : : Why has Sink had major turnover in his coaching staff?

: he is disrespectful, rude and a racist. What person in their right mind would tolerate that type of treatment? He is no different to his players. He is protected by the school administration.

Him and all his protectors should be canned. He's had what 12 assistant coaches in a year and a half? Enough said. The coaches who don't get transfers every year and yet still have not only a solid V team every year, and also solid on ALL levels. Those coaches should be classified as "good coaches". Not a fake who gets already made players. Brea has a good roster, but they're being held back by a control freak who's only in it to stroke his ego. If he wasn't, he'd be a lot more appreciative of Brea supporters, parents and players who helped him get to where he's at.
