: : : : What happened this game? Saw something on twitter about an incorrect rule application. Looks like it was a good game though...

: : : :: So at least the refs were (in)consistent.
: : : Admittedly, the most egregious was in the final secs where I believe JSerra was supposed to get the ball back, after a violation? IDK. The refs were calling "anticipation" fouls, missing travels, tons of stuff. Nonetheless, it actually was a very competitive and exciting game (refs notwithstanding).

: : : Pali was down by 14 or something like that - but turned up the PRESSure in the 2nd half - and also got out the zone and went man-to-man, after getting killed by 3 point shooting by JSerra in the first half.

: : The officiating was horrible, cost Jserra the game. The refs should get reported.

: Reported for what? So they could lose this fabulous job where you get insulted by players, coaches, parents and now posters on websites? We all know they're making SO MUCH money. What $50 bucks? These people are doing it because they enjoy it and feel they're helping. They're badly trained. So if any of you feel you feel the officiating is so bad, try getting accredited and put the whistle on yourself. I guarantee you, it's a lot harder than it looks.

:: There were many bogus calls against Pali as well. The momentum swung to Pali, making up a 14 point deficit and then some, once JSerra's outside shooting was shut down. Sometimes teams have to "take the refs" - out of the equation.
