: : : : Lancaster High School has an immediate opening for a Girls Varsity Head Coach - most likely a teaching position is available too. The job is accepting applications until Friday, May 16th.

: : : : The District gives up to 20 years of teaching credit and the
: : : : coaching stipend is approximately $4,500.

: : : : In the last 3 years, the Lancaster Girls have gone to a
: : : : CIF Final (3A '17) and won back-to-back league Championships (18-19).

: : : : The league MVP and 4 of 5 starters return to the team this year and they will either be in the 2A or 3AA divison for CIF. There is a solid group of 4-5 talented frosh entering the school next year as well.

: : : : This is the perfect opportunity for a dedicated coach who wants to make a difference on and off the court.

: : : : If you have any interest in coaching an amazing group of young ladies, please contact the school at 661-726-7649 and ask for the athletics secretary....

: : : LMAO!! Won back-to-back league Championships (18-19) How come you didn't mention losing in the first round of the playoffs in back-to-back seasons including losing to the #32 seed 2 years ago!! Lancaster doesn't play anybody good nor have they beaten anybody good. Winning that league title doesn't say much especially when every team but one had a losing record.

: : You are a tool. Its a first class program. Losing in the first round doesn't mean its not a phenomenal job. Lots of talent. Support. Teaching job. Winning program. Lots of plusses. Unlike you

: POS - thank you for consistently demonstrating class in this forum. While the loss 2 years ago was definitely traumatic, the loss was definitely not to a #32 seed as they (LB Wilson) proved themselves by making quarters and leading the eventual 3AA champion by 11 in the 4th quarter before falling in overtime.

: PV was also a tough first round loss, especially considering we held them to 9 points in the first half, but just couldn't score ourselves. They were well coached and proved to be a tough opponent who also went to the quarters and lost. PV and Lancaster were both ranked all year long in 2A, but ended up paired together in round 1 -- it happens -- move on.

: Lancaster can't control who is in their league anymore than anyone else. Lancaster doesn't duck anyone, but our 14 game schedule and hosting a tournament ourselves to raise money doesn't leave many opportunities. We play everyone we can in the off-season -- Centennial, Alemany, HW, GHC, Birmingham etc.

: At any rate, the job is open and the school hopes to find a quality coach to run a program that has been steadily improving (80-31 the last 4 years).

: POS, I will continue to pray for you...
: Hope does not disappoint and
: there's still Hope for you!!!

Still got these same Socal hoops clowns on here with no life and no character...
