: : : : : : Look, Rosary won the D1 championship,grant
: : : : : : you it's not the top division with the very
: : : : : : best teams but it's still very satisfying
: : : : : : to win any kind of state championship even
: : : : : : though you are not playing the best, give
: : : : : : the props to Rosary for a job well done.

: : : : : Blab, Blab, Blab. Rosary finished 17th in the State and got a trophy for it. Big deal.

: : : Congratulations, Rosary! Now was there a division with 14 teams ranked above? Yes. We’re there four divisions with approximately 16 teams each ranked below? Yes. Were there hundreds of teams that didn’t make it into the playoffs? Yes.
: : : Should teams be proud and celebrate a state championship? Yes. Should adults stop ridiculing high school students? Definitely yes!.
: : : : : The more you talk the dumber you sound, you can't even get your facts straight

: : the more tranfers you get the better your team gets.have a good day. congrats ladies

: Rosary sucks

If you have a great program then your players will stay put. If you suck then quality players will move on to better programs that will develop them to their full potential for college. That's a no brainer but some stay for other reasons.

Some that can transfer stick around because they like the academic of their current school even though it's basketball that will get them scholarship (assuming academically qualified). Some stay because they don't want their kids to travel far everyday for school.

There are pluses on going to top programs like Windward and Sierra Canyon because they compete at the top level. College coaches follow those games. They go to practice and follow those teams in tournaments. They get invited to top events and are placed to top pools of those events. They are talked about in local and national media outlets. In short, they get more exposures.

Otherwise you have to rely on club ball that will have 3 or 4 quality events that D1 coaches actually attend.
