: The Tr-Rivers Athletic Conference in Clovis has to be considered one of the top, if not the top, public school league in the state. Two teams in the Open Division and two more in D2 for State. 4 of 6 teams made it to State. Statewide they are
: #5 Clovis West
: #9 Clovis North
: #38 Clovis
: #69 Central
: *Buchanan split with Clovis and Central and is also top 100 in the state at #86

: So the post is asking for the best and most competitive public school league. The most competitive, maybe not the best teams, but one of the most competitive public leagues is the Pacific League. CV, Arcadia, Burroughs, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale.... Every year, at least four teams are within one or two wins from a league championship. The team that wins the league usually has at least two losses. And even the fifth and sixth place teams are competitive against the top four. WIth Muir beginning to improve again, that league will be 7 pretty good teams deep. Again..not great, but competitive and deep.
