: : : : : : I was at the games at orange Lutheran. Frosh pt. guard for Rosary is the real deal! They played a tough Valencia squad today. Good looking team for being a public school.

: : : : : Frosh??? Their best PG is the JR Los Al transfer. And Rosary is a private school.

: : : : Asia Avinger is her name and she's an absolute baller with skills and speed. Los Al transfer. Plays for Cal Storm in the off season. She had a good battle against Storm teammate Vanessa De Jesus when they played Sierra Canyon early in the season with a couple of Rosary transfers not able to play. I see them as a surprise team come playoffs.

: : : Asia did not play. I meant valencia as the oubkic school.

: : I'm pretty sure the original poster was referring to freshman guard Kaylee Byon. She's been a club fixture for years and was the only 2022 player on the West Coast 16U EYBL team last year. Extremely quick, smart, skilled, needs to work on her outside shot consistency and her on ball defense. Dad is a yeller.

: Lots of work needed, too many turnovers, dribbles with her head down at times and gets trap too often.

: Needs to slow down and work on reading the floor better. Keep it simple might help minimize turnovers.

:: made the EYBL team but didnt see a minute of playtime. Once she did it was too much for her and she was pulled. Kaylee is quick and fast but way too small. Needs to be able to handle contact. Known her a while and shys away from contact. Wide open, yes can shoot, but so can most players at the HS varsity level.
