1. Mater Dei (4-0) LW 1: She’s back. Healthy Cailyn Crocker earned MVP honors to help Monarchs cruise to Downey tournament crown.

2. Rosary (3-2) LW 2: Royals and all-tournament pick Kate Goostrey (19 ppg) finished the Mark Keppel tournament strong, beating La Jolla Country Day 61-58 in fifth-place game

3. Brea Olinda (4-2) LW 3: The Ladycats beat No.4 Fairmont Prep 55-49 at the Mark Keppel tournament but face another O.C. challenge Thursday night against Esperanza at Ladycat Classic at 7.

4. Fairmont Prep (1-4) LW 4: Huskies went 0-4 at the tough Mark Keppel tournament and play host to 6-0 St. Margaret’s on Wednesday.

5. Los Alamitos (0-0) LW 5: Griffins open at the South Coast Classic today against Yorba Linda at 5 p.m.

6. Esperanza (1-1) LW 6: Aztecs beat Vista Murrieta 55-40 at the Ladycat Classic on Monday but a showdown with league rival Brea Olinda looms Thursday.

7. Troy (0-1) LW 7: Warriors play Oceanside’s El Camino to open challenging La Jolla Country Day Sweet 16 Invitational on Wednesday. If they win, they could play La Country Day in quarterfinals.

8. Orangewood Academy (1-0) LW 8: Spartans play at reigning state champion champion Windward (3-1) on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

9. Sonora (1-0) LW 9: Raiders handled Corona 78-19 in their opener at the Bonita tournament Monday.

10. Aliso Niguel (4-0) LW 10: Wolverines are playing the Vernie Ford tournament this week at Fullerton. The Wolverines won the Murrieta Valley tournament behind MVP Nicole Referente and all-tournament selection Sarah Matossian.

11. Huntington Beach (3-2) LW 11: Oilers lost by 39 to No. 1 Mater Dei last week and fell to Box Hill of Australia by seven to open the South Coast Classic on Monday.

12. Oxford Academy (6-0) LW 12: Angie Choi recorded a triple double Monday with 20 points, 12 assists and 10 steals in a lopsided victory against Cabrillo on Monday. OA opens Orange tournament against Foothill on Wednesday.

13. JSerra (3-1) LW 13: Lions and all-tournament pick Jamie Mackay went 3-1 in the gold bracket at the Redondo tourney, including solid win against Legacy.

14. Foothill (3-1) LW 14: Knights get a second shot at Oxford Academy on Wednesday. Foothill lost to Oxford by 20 before Thanksgiving.

15. Orange Lutheran (5-1) LW 15: Lancers recently earned Coach Tom Howard his 200th career victory at the school. They beat La Habra 38-22 to open the Highlanders’ tournament Monday.

16. Segerstrom (3-0) LW NR: The Jaguars’ surprising start includes wins against state tournament qualifier Sunny Hills and San Juan Hills, and some strong play by Tatianna Zazuetta.

17. Sunny Hills (2-3) LW 16: Lancers lost to Segerstrom by nine after placing fourth at the Oxford tournament, including a 51-50 win against Santa Margarita.

18. Santa Margarita (3-1) LW 17: The Eagles head to the Valley Christian Classic next week after going 3-1 at the Oxford tournament.

19. San Clemente (4-1) LW NR: Tritons avenged a 14-point loss to University at the Norco tournament by beating them Monday at the South Coast Classic. A showdown with Huntington Beach looms Wednesday.

20. University (5-1) LW 18: The Norco tournament champions fell to San Clemente by five in their opener at the South Coast Classic. The Trojans had beaten the Tritons at the Norco tourney.

21. Canyon (1-0) LW 19: Comanches open the Orange tournament against Chino on Wednesday at 7:30

22. Dana Hills (3-1) LW 21: Dolphins opened the Corona del Mar tournament with a 42-21 win against Newport Harbor. They play 3-0 Tustin on Wednesday at 4:30.

23. El Dorado (4-0) LW 24: Golden Hawks captured the Mark Keppel tourney behind MVP Kenedy Lilly and all-tournament picks Sarah Yee and Jessica Suruor. They host Carlsbad on tonight.

24. Tustin (3-0) LW NR: The Tillers, ranked 14th in Division 2A above San Clemente and Segerstrom, recently edged Long Beach Wilson.

25. Kennedy (2-3) LW 20: Fighting Irish lost by 20 against Huntington Beach at the Downey tournament but look to rebound against intriguing El Toro (3-0) on Thursday.
