: : Which teams are still not allow their players to contribute but in turn have them playing 'robot ball'. I can't stand coaches who have their players on such a tight leash that players are afraid to express themselves. We see a lot of college teams playing this type of ball which is an extension of a very dumb coach. Let your players play and stop having them play like robots...smh

: Old heads are stuck in their ways and don't want to change the way they do things. They have a little success over 15 plus years and feel they got the magic system lol! The game has changed in a lot of ways and these coaches are so stubborn to change. The new, young guys/gals are quickly taking over the ranks in coaching. Being able to adjust is key...

Not just them old heads, there are plenty of stubborn coaches out there at all ages.

There's this team that only 2 players are pretty much the only 2 that are allowed to shot. The rest are there to play D but not shot. WTF is that??? I don't know how parents can go to those games and see they kids being out there and getting in trouble if they take shots. Coach, wtf is wrong with you, let the other girls in the game. They are out there every day practicing, how can you sleep at night? Yah, you know who you are.
