: : : : : : : Ayanna 13 pts 17 rebounds tonight....her team CAC beats New Mexico JC(Number one team in the nation according to one poll) at New Mexico JC 61-58....Yanni just getting back into shape when she does the rest of the JCs are in big trouble....Beastmode
: : : : : : “The rest of the JVs are in trouble”
: : : : : After JC does she go to USC? Believe it or not, a lot of people are rooting for her.

: : : : : Stay positive and keep moving forward. Good things happen to those that work hard. Keep you head up.
: : : Yanni goes for 25 and 12 tonight...3 wins in a row...played another undefeated team Western Texas tonight...she just rolled them
: : She might transfer to a Div. 1 after this season, meaning she'd have three years playing time. Of course, that depends on how well she's done academically at Central Arizona.
: : I hope she achieves it. She's been very much humbled by this experience but has worked hard and deserves some greater success.
: I blame Long Beach Poly, Coach Buggs and the administration on what happened to Clark. They should have sat her for the year and helped her get her grades together but instead Coach Buggs wanted to keep his oversized ego inflated so he kept marching Clark out there knowing that she was academically ineligible. But that's what Poly does is all the time whether it is football or basketball. March the kid out there no matter what as long as it is good for the school and the program and not the student. So many people misled her, mistreated her and used her during her high school career. That's truly sad. I don't know if she is at a good spot now but if she keeps playing who knows what could happen with her basketball career. I am more concerned with her grades and being a better person than if she goes to USC or any other college.
:: I'm happy for Yanni! Have known her and her family for a long time. Good job Yanni. You keep it up!!!
