: : : : : : : : : : : : These are my top ten in girls basketball in the Valley after watching them play this summer and I know it's too early.

: : : : : : : : : : : :
: : : : : : : : : : : : 1. Sierra canyon
: : : : : : : : : : : : 2. Chaminade
: : : : : : : : : : : : 3. Harvard Westlake
: : : : : : : : : : : : 4. Granada Hills
: : : : : : : : : : : : 5 Alemany
: : : : : : : : : : : : 6. El Camino real
: : : : : : : : : : : : 7. Birmingham
: : : : : : : : : : : : 8. Viewpoint
: : : : : : : : : : : : 9. North Hollywood
: : : : : : : : : : : : 10. Taft

: : : : : : : : : : : I'm throwing in some votes for Valencia to be in that 4-6 range and Saugus to be in that 7-10 range.

: : : : : : : : : : North Hollywood and Taft what are watching?

: : : : : : : : : The valley is down with the exception of Sierra canyon for next season

: : : : : : : : Sierra canyon got a girl from Ribet and they say she's good.

: : : : : : : SC didn't get a girl from Ribet, a girl from Ribet is transferring to Sierra. Can you blame her?

: : : : : : Who is the player that left. Do you know if any other girls left from Ribet.

: : : : : Two players from Ribet Academy went to Sierra Canyon.

: : : : The girl from Ribet is Rosemary and she's a Baller!!! Sierra canyon is on a mission to beat Winward this year.

: : : I definitely think 2-6 can easily change order. HW lost to GH a few weeks ago, and yes HW star sophomore was there.

: : Also Saugus beat HW and Alemany , Chaminade beat Saugus and I now it's early but they had most player and everyone can see the mission league it's going to be fun to watch this year with the addition of Marlborough.

: Alemany had nobody when Saugus whacked them. They basically had their JV play.

: The Mission League is definitely not going to be exciting this year. Maybe someone seems to know about a plethora of new transfers going into all of the schools...otherwise, it's going to be a down year for that league compared to the past few seasons.
