: : : : : : : : Now that Chino Hills had their worst season ever in the history of their program, what should they do? Is there a ton of talent coming in or will next year be even worse? Is there any talk of a coaching change to help develop and attract players to come rather than not choosing Chino Hills even if it is their home school?
: : : : : : Chino Hills is not serious about the girls program and it will continue to flounder. Chino Hills is a great school and in a great community but your not going to get the elite girls in the area to come play basketball. I'm not going to knock anyone but everyone that has knowledge of the program knows what the problem is and they look away .Chino Hill boys team has several boys including O that are transfer students you have to ask yourself why hasn't the girls had any in the past four years. Hey the bottom line is the program will be the same next year maybe worst.
: : : : : So has anyone notice that every year people come here and talk about Chino Hills? It doesn't really matter who has been running the progam, they have not been happy. The word on the street has always been that Chino Hills parents have this sense of entitlement which rubs off on some of the players. Here is a thought, as far as players coming in. Some of those parents come on this site and read all the negative comments and think why should I put my daughter in the middle of that. Ayala is a solid team right down the street and doesn't have near the drama. Plus they aren't in the Baseline where you have to play Etiwanda or Los Osos.
: : : : It's not the parents who have a sense of entitlement but the coach sure does. Ayala does have a better program and thats why you had several girls on their team who live in the Chino Hills district. It's the coach going around proclaiming he's the best coach in the baseline league and believe me thats not hear say coach Stan has told me that several times.
: : : : It does matter whoís running the program, why you ask? Itís been the same sorry coach year after year. Itís not like there has been multiple coaches over the years and people have been having the same complaints. Itís one poor excuse of a human being and coach. Change is desperately needed. And just an FYI- if you havenít been part of the program I can appreciate the fact that you truly donít understand whatís really going on there.
: : I want that job.
: I hate to say this but all of us frustrated parents and fans of the Chino Hills girls program will continue with those frustration next year because teflon Stan is coming back.Coach Stan has made his annual speech to the parents of the girls returning that there will be new tournaments , new offensive schemes and the promise he will use his connections to D1 colleges to get the girls D1 rides. Please everyone do not believe a word coach says it's all lies coach has been saying the same thing for the past seven years. Chino Hills will be in the Glendora and San Dimas tournaments like always and coach will have the same game plans he's used every year and coach has absolutely no clout or connections to getting any girl a D1 ride.
Hey, leave the Baseline league. You guys came in when there was a shift in talent and now those weak teams are back. Get out while you can !!
