While I agree with you on that for the most part - 99% of women's basketball careers end at college (so graduating, maturing, getting a job is most important, etc.) - that may not be the view of UCLA.
Because no matter what any school says about all that stuff, they really only care about winning. And at schools like UCLA, USC, Stanford, etc. - it's winning championships that count.
And when it comes to actual basketball on the court, she is not a top level coach. And if she asks for top level money, I think UCLA will politely decline and move in another direction.
