: : : : : Congrats to
: : : : : Westchester, Legacy, Carson, and Granada
: : : : : El Camino represented well in a tough Game vs Bishop Montgomery.
: : : : : Way to go City Section almost got it right... but lets see if we can do something about the D4 and under one team from Open in each State Division would be nice.
: : : : add Gardena to the List of Winners

: : : One from Open in d4/5? That's a huge reward for those teams. Imagine if they took the SS open 0-2teams got put that low.

: :
: : The City debate came down with whether or not to put Fairfax in Open for State.

: : If Fairfax gives Windward a game, then everything was probably right. If they get waxed, then City should have fought to put them in D1 (which I would have done). Then that moves El Camino to D2, etc. And probably even more City wins.

: Sections do not get to choose where to place their teams in the state bracket. The sections are simply given a number of spots to fill and then submit that to CIF State who then chooses the teams to fill the different brackets. It actually even states that Central and Southern Section teams may be assigned to the Northen Region to help balance brackets (which was done again this year with a Central section team). The individual sections do not get to pick where their teams end up in the state brackets.

didnt elco lose to narbonne? enough
