: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : Heady PG should develop nice under Coach Komaki.

: : : : : : : : : : : : : : :
: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : Now that Ashley chavelier is balling at point is Vanessa De Jesus coming of the bench as back up point guard?

: : : : : : : : : : : : : : Rigggghhhhtttt...cause she transferred to be a back up.

: : : : : : : : : : : : : : And Payne is the PG anyway.

: : : : : : : : : : : : : : They will roll with 3 guards - Payne, DeJesus, Chevalier.

: : : : : : : : : : : : : :If given a choice between AI or Magic to run point, who would you pick? It's a situational every coach would want to be in and Coach Komaki has proven that she can make things work.

: : : : : : : : : : : : Payne better at the 2 as she can create coming off the edge and Chevalier is better than DeJesus at this point so keep her on the bench for now.

: : : : : : : : : : : Bad move and good luck too the fam you should have stayed at Marblorouh enjoy your ride in the open and accept local cal state offer.

: : : : : : : : : : Wow. Sounds like someone is bitter about the transfer. No way DeJesus is going to a cal state school. She'll be just fine. Haters gonna hate.

: : : : : : : : : Bunch of jokers, you all wish your daughters can ball like her, lol

: : : : : : : : DeJesus is way better than Chevalier man!! and having Chevaliers Dad and Mon working at Sierra that makes Chevalier the point guard and I hope Komaki don't fall for that man. Chevalier is a great player gong to her left and Payne and Vanessa can do everything.

: : : : : : : Dejesus is good but she isn't at payne/chevalier level yet. Be patient and learn from these two players. The three together on the court just does not make sense. Dejesus dribbles way too much to be in the mix with those two right now. Bring her off the bench to spell payne or chevalier when needed.

: : : : : : POWERHOUSE PROBLEMS
: : : : : : When you are loaded and folks debate on playing time/starters/strategy between utilization of 2 future college players. Where as 96% of all other High Schools, just want 1 of those type of players a season to carry the team. Powerhouse problems have 10 :)

: : : : : :All these talks, only Coach Komaki knows who will start at what position. They were loaded with guards last season as well and if this season roll similar to last year starter/position assignments then they will be playing with 3 guards for the most part. One thing for sure, those 3 got speed. Once they gel and play together sky is the limit.

: : : : : Besides, from watching these girls ever since at AAU, everyone knows DeJesus is one of the most unselfish pass first guards out there. If you like to shoot, she's the one you want to roll with. Just come out tonight and watch these girls at SC tonight, no cover charge for GBall as always at SC.

: : : :
: : : : Nope, I think you are mistaken. They don't play tonight, they play Saturday against Etiwanda. Check MaxPreps.

: : : They play at home tonight at 7 vs central valley. Play Etiwanda on Saturday at 4 at Mater Dei. That IS the schedule....

: : Since there are parents here from Sierra Canyon. What happened with Duncanville the score was 81-36 what was the issue with that game

: D was a better team that day. Both transfers, Dejesus and Mark, were on SOP but I don't think it will change the outcome if they played. D went on and beat HW the following day to win the tournament.

Chevalier got off verse Ribet but the truth it won’t happen again. She is very predictable and loves her left. When going strong right she is looking to flop and draw the foul. Very good player but Payne is smarter and makes teammates better. Never seen DeJesus play really. Payne plays under control and not a selfish player.
