: : : : : : It's based on last two years right?

: : : : : : 2015-16: 24-2, 14-0 in league, ranked 257 in state by Max Preps
: : : : : : 2016-17: 18-7, 10-0 in league, ranked 189 in state by Max Preps

: : : : : : I know Max Preps rankings are very elementary and rarely tell the whole story, but no one in 4AA has been ranked anywhere near those types of numbers.

: : : : : : This year they are ranked 60 in state. Seems like they tower over the entire 4AA field.

: : : : : School 33% 15-16 67% 16-17 2 Yr Ttl

: : : : : Foothill Tech 11.32 12.16 11.88 Which puts them in 4AA

: : : : : Not sure why you would want to move up. It gets pretty tough as you move up each division.

: : : : Have they won CIF? NO stop crying

: : : : Foothill Tech? Who’s that? Where are they from?

: : BTW, with your 11.88 2 year average, you are in the middle of the pack for 4AA. You need to be at least 12.36 just to make the bottom of 3A. If you want to play with the big dogs in Div 1 or 2AA, you will need a minimum of 19.62 to make the bottom of 2AA. Believe me you don't want to be there unless you have some studs on your team.

: They are a fairly new a hill in Ventura that is very good, but not open good. They weren't as good last year as they are this year, so they will indeed dominate their division this year and win a cif championship. It's just one of the quirks of the system. It's the same as Ribet in 2A. If they don't maker the open, they will cruise to a title. Both will move up no mastery what next year.

I didn't read anywhere where people said FT should be in Open, just questioning why they were in the division they are. And people are assuming it is a FT parent asking - it might be parent of another team in their division.

FT has come a long way in four years, but in no way are they Open or even close.

If they do well this year, they move up. If not, then they don't.
