: : : : : I'm only saying that because. Everyone made a big deal about Arroyo Valley doing it. But when other schools do it their isn't much said. The inconsistentes in criticism.

: : : : Steal from the boys and this type of result is common. Fact, scoreboard!

: : : No score should ever beat anyone by 60 points of more let alone 100! There's no a 40 point rule in High School, but the clock should run once the score does get that lopsided. It does in Hawaii once the score difference is 35 no matter what quarter it is. Teams shouldn't schedule or get into Tournaments with these kinds of teams. It doesn't impress or do anyone any good, but in fact is a negative for everyone involved. Teams that do this like Arroyo Valley never do well in the playoffs cause all they play all year round are poor teams. It's good to play teams better than you, get beat and then you're players are willing to listen to you, know they're not that great and have to work harder in practice and get better.

: : It runs in CA at 40/3 quarters

: Change the rule to whenever the Score reaches 30 and you'll see decent teams not scheduling these patsy teams to blow out anymore. Come on CIF do your job.

I agree. In NJB Tourneys many times it becomes a running clock after the score gets to 25 and goes back to stop time if the score got back under 10 points which I have seen happen but the team that builds the lead always ends up winning. Also there are some tourneys that don't allow a press after a 30 point lead has been established. I saw one high school team yesterday that was missing 4 players due to vacations. Probably should have not scheduled games this week.
