: : : : : : : : : : : I have heard from so many Christian Parents about the Christian and Private Schools. You live next to the School and pay, you do not play! Look at the Rosters of these Schools. Orange Lutheran Girls win, and the boys lose! Girls Roster all local girls. Where did the Maker Kid come from for the boys team? Who and where does he live? Fairmont Prep-Heard these kids come from Sudan, Senegal, Africa, etc. Where do they live? Who can pay for the 30 to 50 thousand to attend this private School and then do well in the tough school? Well the Tax Dollars, the Sponsors paying for the Sports Programs kids do not play! Have heard more kids swearing and using fowl language in these schools more then anyone! Anyone can win if you go buy kids and get the best Talent. Seems like the Christian and Private Schools have no Ethics, morals, or values anymore! Is it Cheat all cost or Win at all cost!

: : : : : : : : : : You pay $50k, you have a voice. Go be heard in the ADMIN's office!

: : : : : : : : : This has been an issue ever since the transfer rules changed years ago. Private schools need students to exist. One way to attract kids is through the sports programs. Great education is another. Add the 2 and you have a private school that kids and parents want to attend. Many kids make a team in a private school when they really arent that good. Depends on the school and what THEY value the most. Is it winning games or is it providing an outstanding education?

: : : : : : : : Private school want their coaches to win. So if your kid is not an exceptional athlete. Find a school where he can play. Its not hard to figure out. The school is not gonna listen. Maker has a relative(bro or cousin) in the NBA. Are there any HS that cost that much for tuition with a good sports program?

: : : : : : : Nevertheless, watch Fairfax win the State title.

: : : : : : Because Fairfax doesn't recruit? Haha yeah right.

: : : : : Private and Public top notch HS basketball programs recruit in one way or another. Don’t get confused! The one thing private schools have over public schools is the “scholarship factor”. It’s amazing that we are in 2019 and people are still surprised with the word “recruit” in HS sports.

: : : : Fairfax can’t win state cause they lost tonight.

: : : Look at most of the Private School Coaches. Overweight, stressed out, tough looking themselves in the mirror, and have to lie more then a Rug!

: :
: : Funny how people are equating paying tuition with a right to playing time. It's sad. If that's the case then go to schools that abide by that entitlement thinking. However, don't expect to win and don't tell at the other teams, who created competitive environments, when they're whipping your tail.

: They have created that competitive atmosphere by recruiting transfers and 8th graders, trying be like D1 and D2 colleges. Many of these so-called great coaches would struggle if they didn't recruit transfers. And to the parents who shop their kid around to various schools, you have forgotten what youth and high school athletics is suppose to be about.

I think the problem that the so-called rich, entitled parents have is that generally, they are paying full tuition, they pay all the participation fees to play spring, summer, fall and then the season- then the team brings in their recruits who everyone knows aren't paying a dime. That's where the problems come from- the paying families are financing those who have been brought in to take the playing time.
I agree, though. Give the coaches at a private school the same roster that the local neighborhood school has and let's see how well they do..
