: : : : : : : Does anyone know as of now, will St Francis make or miss the 3AA playoffs? I've heard there are on the bubble despite a good recor due to the fact there might be 32 automatic qualifiers in 3AA.
: : : : : : They will get in. By my count there were 4 spots available and 4 tie breaker games today, so far I have seen that 3 of the 4 teams lost, so they will get in along with Paraclete.
: : : : : I went to see them play today. This may be one of the best coaching jobs I have seen coach wolfson do at st Francis. He has a JV team and a division one kid.
: : : : Careful, don't drown in any puddles tomorrow.
: : : That comeback against Alemany was insane. 38 points in the 4th quarter! Never seen that before.
: : This is the best SF coached team ive seen. No size AT ALL. Coach Wolfson has always done more with less talent. He is a really good role model for young men also. Good luck to SF high school.
: Wolfson and staff has done a great job no doubt, but Andre Henry is the real deal. Definitely a mid D1-potential high D1
: Saint Francis actually has a pretty solid group. There are a ton of teams that would love to have Henry and Flowers as their two top players. The Henry kid is definitely D1 bound and the Flowers kid will be playing college somewhere. The other perimeter shooter, the one that transferred in from Chaminade this year, is a nice third option. In reality only playing one round in the Mission League was really a help for Saint Francis, 2-4 sounds a lot better than 4-8. Coach Wolfson is a very solid coach, but trust me you win with talent, end of story. A real good coach will win a few games every year that maybe his team shouldn't. However you don't win 20+ games with out players. The key to victory is to have better players than the your opponents.
