: : : : : See a lot of these scouts walking around but how many actually played the game at a high level in high school? Most of them played JV lol. Then ya'll subscribe to their sites like they some top dogs. Imagine going to a JV game? How much credibility do we put on those games? That's what it's all about at the end of the day, if you think about it. JV scouts lol

: : : : : FYI...Popscout played on the #1 team in the nation, Crenshaw high at the time. And then was recruited by the #1 team in the nation (Temple) at the same time. And will still piss on you at 50. We done.

: : : : Your fancy websites and degrees don't mean shit to popscout...show me some film in high school...JV scouts lmao

: : :
: : : We gunna start exposing you characters of the game like a player who can't go to his left if you don't #getoffmynutsack

: : There is so many face Trainers, Scouts, and Club Teams. Like the guys at Open Gym have never had good High school Club Teams and many of these Club Teams just take money from Parents. Charging $300.00 to $400.00 a month to kids who will never make their Freshman Team. I get it High School Coaches starting to do Feeder Teams and charging money for Training, Feeder Team, etc. It never works, just frustrates Parents and the players. I like to take time off on weekends with Family and Friends. I will let players play for good Club Teams who have been around along time or send them to good Trainers who have a Resume. Thanks to all of you who do help players, to the rest of you get a real job!

: Popscout you get more annoying with each post, nobody on this blog cares about your high school career.

so apparently the only way someone can evaluate talent is if they were a big-time player at a big-time program getting recruited by big-time colleges.. hmmm.. The best talent evaluator in NBA history- Marty Blake- NEVER played one minute in the league- yet he was THE guy whose opinion mattered when it came to talent evaluation.. According to you, he would be a JV scout.
Plenty of really great players who really aren't good talent evaluators- Michael Jordan being one of them. LeBron being another (forcing the Cavs to re-sign Thompson to a max deal.. nice evaluation!).. Great players usually don't make good coaches (Magic for example) or scouts (they can't understand why other players can't do what they were able to do in their day), yet plenty of pro coaches have had success who were mediocre pros (Kerr) or never made it (Pop being a great example).. so just stop it.. what you did as a player has 0 baring on if you can evaluate talent.
