: : : Any programs this summer showing real improvement on the court in terms of schemes, defensive looks, etc., regardless of the pieces in place? Really liked what I saw out of Alemany and coach Meeks early on this summer - showed some nice defensive half-court looks.

: :
: : Hoping our coaches been in the lab as well...attending coaching clinics, going to games scouting players, and continuing to be a student of the game - perfecting their craft. Looking forward to seeing how many of you guys been in the lab as well family. Show us some new sets this year you feel me...let's get it!!

: Alemany didn't improve from last year. I guess Birmingham technically improved but they're still not good. On paper I thought that Taft improved. But seeing them live it was easy to see that they're actually pretty bad this year.
: Dorsey improved & have young talent. Sierra Canyon improved their bench depth & is better. Notre Dame in Sherman Oaks improved a lot. No new additions. But the kids developed from last year.
: I know that they won't be better than last year's team, so it may not count as "improving", but Pasadena will be better than expected. They have a solid backcourt with Jivan Jones & Dutch Richards.

: Pasadena didn't look good over the weekend at Sports Academy, their guards couldn't get the ball across half court against Fairfax. They were down almost 30 in the first
10 minutes of the game. Going to struggle against decent teams without Hamilton.
