Not shocked to read this. I'm amazed the local families are putting up with this. There is an obvious lack of oversight coming from this school's athletic administration and it's really chicken shit of the schools that are losing these kids to sign off on the transfer when there is obvious pre-enrollment contact happening. Most of the high school staff is part of the Cali Rebels staff.

They are at the D1 level - if they recruit too strongly, they will make the open division where they can't compete. D1 is tough enough with the Trinity, Mission League, and other private schools.
