Back to the topic, check the school records for the facts. CIF has a rule Ineligible for all athletics until March 14, 2024 (Disciplinary action at former school) as an example. Also, he is still not listed on CIF transfer portal. As long as no disciplinary issues, he will to sit until 12/26/23 to play his junior year unless his family moves which seems unlikely but can happen.
