As far as the boys there isn't really a bad program, temecula and murrieta have very competitive programs at all schools. Girls programs are hit an miss just because of the talent level being that volleyball is the big girls sport in the area. Just go on max preps, look at the rosters, what is returning and success of the past few years and it should be an decent indication of which programs are solid. Maybe reach out to a few of the coaches once you narrow it down.
