: : The Mission league will be a bunch of dingleberry teams fighting each other in league play. Except for Harvard Westlake.

: : Dave Rebibo is playing chess; He built something and has a team with 3 D1 players and possibly 4-5 college basketball players.

: : Crespi, Loyola is playing checkers. They'll be mediocre at best. Crespi has guys transferring in as juniors & seniors who transferred out of Crespi after playing jv & freshman. Loyola is eh.

: : Alemany is playing Connect Four and Coach Meeks isn't taking the corners.

: : Norte Dame is either going to win at chess and just start playing jenga. My guess is that they'll end up playing jenga and destroy the framework that they built. I'm still shocked that Zaire Williams is still there.

: : Chaminade has 2 future college guards. Yet it still feels like they're not playing chess and doing the right things. We'll see.

: I like Coach White at Crespi though so I wouldnt be surprised if they are better than people think. And since these are mostly private schools, I wouldnt be surprised if some more transfers show up before season starts.

I like Coach White to. His teams always plays better than what they should. But there's only so much that a coach can do depending on the players that he/she has.
Coach Rebibo is consistently looking at kids to bring in that fits HW. I was told that every 2-3 years he can get guys in and he chooses good ones. Remember that he had Cassius Stanley and Terren Frank to. Both future high major D1 players.

The rest of the mission league coaches are either not able to bring in players - told this about Loyola, Norte Dame - or they're bringing in kids, if we're being honest, based on friendships, not basketball abilities, and the families ability to pay full tuition.

Private schools in the mission are clutching their purses. The good thing is that the public schools are getting better. Grant should be solid. Taft is another story. Fairfax is back. Etc
