Athletic Director Mission Statement

“At the conclusion of each season, we review our coaching staff in anticipation for the coming year. We have high standards for all of our coaches and place a specific emphasis on player safety, character, and sportsmanship.

Most importantly, we look for coaches that promote the academic success, physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our student athletes.”

This would be great, especially the safety of players. When a coach physically hurts a player, he should not be coaching. A CIF coach just hurt a player this week and should be fired, not only being a really bad coach, a bad leader that does not know how to lead.
