: Why would Perry Webster go from JC coach to HS coach? With the success he's had at Fullerton JC, he could move up to the 4-year level at some point. If he's really a finalist, then good luck to him.

Simply put being a college coach at any level requires a lot more time away from home and moving up to a 4 year in some random midwest state isnt as amazing as you might think when you can be at a private school in orange county.
