: : : : : CSUN is a MidMajor program, since when?

: : : : : It's a LowMajor program at best.

: : : : It's a D1 program in a high talent area. They should be better. Gomez was a steal. People underrated him because of height. But he was a great get.

: : : D1 program - Wishful thinking from a Valley dude. lol

: : Earlier poster was correct, CSUN needs a total change of coaches and possibly AD for hiring this guy. There are several very good local JC and HS coaches that would love the opportunity turn that program around. You can have a very nice college team at that level with hustle and relentless defensive pressure ala S Smarts ofl VCU teams. It takes a hunger from the coaching staff and all I here is a bunch of excuses from them over the last few years. What a waste of tax payers money either get entire new coaching staff (and AD) or go back to D-II where I doubt they could even compete.

:
: Agree all the coaches need to be replaced, but not the AD. You are focusing on this one sport (and I don't know for sure if AD hired him or if he was already there), but their sports program as a whole is doing well. Attendance and fundraising are up. Graduation rates are up. AD is not going anywhere until he leaves for a better job.

Just tuned in to watch CSUN loss again. Man never seen a team just flat out quit at the end of a game...that level it's all about coaching, recruiting and obviously CSUN has neither
