Was in the gym last night at El Camino, saw El Camino, West LA and Cypress srimmage one another, was not a bad display of some talent in the gym.

El Camino - played a starting five guys that could light it up from deep and could get to the rim at will. A mixed bag of old kids and some right out of HS, they subbed 5 guys at a time and had about 25 kids on the bench.

West LA - Very athletic team all-around with the starting group, guards shot the ball well and were quite shifty on the drive, left a few dudes with their legs twisted after the crossover. Bigs were strong and rebounded well with putbacks.

Cypress - Has a big guy that is from France or something, he is thin, but very good around the rim, played hard, dunked some balls and rebounded. Had a wing guys who is really bouncey, dunked in transition and took some guys off the dribble to finish hard at the rim. Some of the wings shot the ball well, handled it with care. Cypress had a little dude at point that came off the bench and was able to handle the pressure and break the press by himself and get his team buckets off assist. He was able to get to the line as well. Who is that kid.....
