: So now that CIF has done away with imposing sanctions against student-athletes who transfer for athletically motivated reasons, they are now attempting to go after the coach. In order to impose sanctions against the school, the CIF now needs evidence that the coach enticed players to transfer into their school.
: We all know how impossible that is to prove. This rule change basically rewards schools like Mater Dei, Sierra Canyon, and others who get transfers in all the time. Now I'm hearing that Reggie Morris at Culver City is recruiting like crazy.
: It's almost as if the CIF got rid of the athletic motivation sanction to lessen their work load and have just given in since they know it's gonna happen anyway.
The lawsuits are mounting up. What is the statue of limitations? Attorneys know. School districts are in trouble for collusion and retaliation against players, former and current including the parents. It takes a few years but well worth the pursuing.
