: : : : : : Santa Clarita Christian that good or Notre Dame that bad?
: : : : : Notre Dame is going to struggle but the kids play hard. From the early look of things the Mission League is going to be the same as last year. Alemany on top. They added a transfer Noah Laurie that will help, Notre Dame is still building.
: : : : Thats's funny. Still building! LOL - ND and St. Francis battling to stay out the basement AGAIN!
: : : Santa Clarita Christian has 5 new transfers and 4 player that played or would have played at foothill christians, which is an open division team from SD. They have six wings that are 6'2 or taller. Plus returning their best player from a good team last year. Very good for a small school of 150-200 kids. They are good to maybe win state in lower levels unless COF does to them what they did to Carnegie after all those transfers. It's not a bad loss. ND was also without ziaire and a few other solid guys. They will likely be bottom 3 in Mission but this loss isn't bad... and it's June.
: : Saw SCC twice and today. I know that "very good" is relative and SCC is ok. The Starr bros are solid & strong for that league. After that they're solid. Idk about "very good."
: Did you see them play with the Lowery brothers, starr brothers, Collins kid, and penberthy or was it just 4 of them and the two 6'6 brothers from foothill christians not suited? Remember, they have 5 transfers, not just the Village 3... the two kids from Foothill Christian are both starters with size and skill. That's 4 wings that are 6'5 or taller. I don't think the 2 Lowery kids have played yet.
