: The UCLA win tonight sets up a tough rematch with Kentucky. The key to a UCLA victory against Kentucky is to match up correctly against Kentucky from the outset and to put in a few new wrinkles in their game plan to counter the expected defensive adjustments Calipari will make from their earlier meeting this year including a few wrinkles in UCLA's pick and pop game with Thomas Welsh to keep Kentucky off balance defensively and get Bam Adebayo in foul trouble. To the point, Lonzo Ball must match up against Monk from the outset because he matches up well with Monk and it will keep Ball out of the risk of potential foul trouble in Ball guarding Foxx. Additionally, UCLA must put a few wrinkles in their pick and pop game with Welsh by picking and rolling with welsh for lobs and/or high low passes from Welsh to cutters /or lay-ups to throw off the young inexperienced defenders and counter the expected adjustments Kentucky will make defensively from their first encounter. Additionally, UCLA must seek to attack Bam Adebayo when he attempts to guard on the perimeter - as he is prone to do - especially if Leaf finds himself guarded on the wing by Adenayo. Leaf will school him under such circumstances. Finally, UCLA must defensively rebound a whole lot better than they did tonight against Cincinnati - as the only reason Cincinnati hung close for a while tonight is because UCLA fell off a bit tonight on the defensive boards.
I'll get this to alford, grace and staff stat
