: : : : Is it true that last night was their first time squaring off against each other? Wow! Both players are extremely talented, but Melton ended up having a much better game as opposed to Lonzo. We all know the hype behind Lonzo & it looks like he was pressing (committed a season high 8 turnovers) & took bad shots throughout the game, while De'Anthony was as cool, calm & collected and finished with 13 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals with 0 turnovers. PTP'er!!!!!
: : : Thanks dad, but if you mention shot selection and chino hills I'm pretty sure everyone is aware of that already. 13 pts and 5 assists against a team that does not play defense is nothing to brag about. Good luck pumping up your son next time.
: : Right. Because De'Anthony is the focal point on offense for USC. Lonzo is shooting 54% and 43% for the season, for him to look out of sync against a 'lesser' program while on the other end you have a player who was overlooked and looked much more comfortable.
: After all the hype UCLA and Lonzo Ball has still not beaten Oregon, Arizona or USC and are 4th in the Pac12 right now. Despite all this, Daddy Ball continues to mouth off:
Lavar is a great PR person. He really brings it in and it is all about his boys. Onyeka should go elsewhere he is too good for the CHHS program. He is not being used and Gelo and Melo shine. Stats vs RC prove that. Final - Chino Hills 122, Rancho Cucamonga 74
Gelo Ball 49, Melo Ball 23, 10 ast; Eli Scott 20 pts, 21 reb
Onyeka Okongwu 9 pts, 8 reb, 5 bl
And as for Lonzo. He had an awful game last night. Too many turnovers. They lost to USC and Arizona. Not sure the March Madness run will come to fruition LAVAR!!!
