All they have to do is follow the money. Here is what happens. The family is allowed to sell the T-Shirts. Using the kids pics on the website may or may not be a violation. The NCAA could have granted them clearance on this one. But the way they make money is from a a few moron kids that actually want the shirt for $50 (T-Shirts can be made for $3). But the UCLA alumni is going to strategically make sure they sell A LOT of T-Shirts. If 1000 T-Shirts are sold, they will make over $50k (cause shipping and handling as well). Therefore, if they pull the sales records, I bet there will be some distribution channels that lead back to UCLA Athletics boosters or alumni. Its rather clever idea.
