LA City Section: Friday's Scores
(Or Most of Them Anyway)--(January 17, 1998)

As you may know by now, we've been reporting the LA City Section scores for the "traditional" leagues and conferences. We've not been following the Magnet Conferences too closely, although we have featured several of their teams in articles and stories. The scores are posted daily, and when we can get them all, we put them up. Infrequently, some of the schools fail to report their game results, and in some instances we don't have any idea what happened. On those occasions we indicate that the scores are "not reported". The most consistently "not reported" scores this year seem to be from San Pedro. You have no idea what we went through last Wednesday just to get their score from the game with Crenshaw (who won). So once again, here are the scores from Friday, at least those which were reported to us. If any of you out there know about the ones indicated as "not reported" please send us an e-mail and let us know.
