All-State Underclass Selections--(April 2, 1998)

Players of the Year, Coach of the Year, All-State Teams (overall) and All-State by Division. . . So what's left? The All-State Underclass, and we don't mean those players with no class, or less than the best, but instead this year's top Juniors, Sophs and Freshmen in the State of California.
