Governor's Cup--"Diamond"--Bracket & Schedule--(Dec. 25, 1998)
There are six brackets for the San Diego Nike National Prep Classic. Only two of them are 16 team brackets, some are 8 team brackets, and the Governor's Cup "Diamond" Division is the smallest, only 6 teams. This is the least complicated in many ways and one of the most complicated due to quirky scheduling. Still, if you're trying to follow the progress of just a single team (e.g., you are a player, parent or just a fan of one team in particular) then you must know which bracket your team is in. If you are looking for Frontier of New York, Timpanogos from Utah, Poway, Canoga Park, South Tahoe, or Monte Vista, then you're in luck, because this is their bracket.
This one might as well be called the "Rancho Bernardo Tournament" because all of the games scheduled in this bracket will take place from Monday through Wednesday only at Rancho Bernardo High School. Thus it really makes it easy to figure out.
