san diego section selections for 1999

All-CIF San Diego Section Boys' First and Second
Teams & Players of the Year--(April 6, 1999)

The San Diego Section of CIF issued a press release about a week and a half ago (which we only received today after calling down there to get it; they still don't have the info up at their website), naming the All-CIF San Diego Section First and Second Team players in each Division, and the Athletes of the Year in each Division. There may also be a different list of "All-San Diego" players, at least that's what the nice lady told us when we called the San Diego Section for information, but we haven't been able to find anything out about that "other" list.
